As a business leader, you impact our economy and quality of life on a daily basis. Now you have the opportunity to help us improve the lives of children and families. Adoption Option Inc., Child Welfare Organization (AOICWO) provides more than adoption services. We impact this community by also providing Foster Care, Licensing Foster Parents, Family Preservation, and Youth Services.
Our Family Preservation Services consist of evidence-based parenting education with the goal of reuniting families with their children when possible. When it is not possible for children to safely return home we offer adoption services. In 2017, we provided services to more than 500 adults and more than 800 children
In the following areas:
* Adoptions – 21 children * Foster Care – 65 children
* Licensing – 24 Families * Youth Services 35 children
* Family Preservation – 712 children & 446 Adults
You can help by supporting this great annual event where community leaders step forward to help change the lives of children and families. Our 5th Annual Jambalaya and Jazz Cook-Off is held on Thursday, November 8, 2018, from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm, at the Great Hall Convention Center in Midland. Don’t miss live Jazz performers, a Silent Auction and sampling food from your favorite Great Lakes Bay restaurants who will compete in three separate Cook-Off categories: Jambalaya, Comfort Foods and Desserts.
