Celebrated in June each year, National Reunification Month recognizes the people and efforts around the country that help families to stay together.
The primary goal during foster care is to reunite the child with his or her parents, which can take some time. In the interim, parents with a licensed foster home serve as caring adults providing stability and safety for children in their care.
Nineteen years ago this month Adoption Option Inc. became licensed to provide child welfare services to help children in need.
During the FTM, participants work together to develop solutions based on the family/youth’s needs. A Family Team Meeting is an opportunity for our staff to give youth, families, caregivers, informal supports and other team members a voice in charting the path forward for case planning and decision making.

We provide a Youth In Transition (YIT) program that offers mentoring services designed to assist youth (ages 14-23) get ready for independence.
