Midland Area River Days Festival is back in action! The festivities start today and go thru Sunday! Tonight there’s a Main Street Glow! But all weekend long there are festivities going on balloons and much much more don’t miss out.This is a great family friendly event for all ages from youth to adult. Need an evening of exercise, but it’s summer so what better place to do it then outside? Join in on Outdoor Yoga at Dahlia Hill this Thu Aug 1st 5:30pm - 6:30pmDahlia Hill, 2809 Orchard Drive, Midland, MI 48640, USA Enjoy outdoor yoga classes at Dahlia Hill throughout the summer on Thursdays at 5:30-6:30pm, weekly right up through peak bloom season in August/September (classes will continue as long as the weather allows).Come early (or stay after) to meander the hill to watch the dahlias grow each week, check out the art of Charles Breed in the gallery, then settle in on the lawn for an all-levels yoga practice led by Sarah Nelson. The practice will vary in style from week to week, but will always be a slower-paced embodied exploration of mindful movement - sometimes with playful challenges, sometimes very relaxed, and often with soothing self-massage using therapy balls included. All are welcome; no experience is necessary.Please bring your own mat if you have one; let me know if you will need to borrow one, otherwise I will not bring any.
